Dr. Annelise Dawson, MD, FAAD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist based in Denver.
Trained at the top institutions in the country – Harvard University and the University of California San Francisco – Dr. Dawson is regarded by her peers as a ‘Doctor’s Doctor.’ She is thoughtful, available to her patients, and stays current on the newest and most evidence-based treatments in dermatology.
Dr. Dawson truly values her patients and develops trusting, productive relationships with each of them. In turn, she is beloved by her patients, as is evident through their loyalty and referrals.
Dr. Dawson completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Harvard University. She then graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. After completing her Internship in Internal Medicine at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dr. Dawson served as Chief Resident in Dermatology at the University of California San Francisco.
Dr. Dawson practiced dermatology in San Francisco, where she was nominated by her physician peers for San Francisco’s Top Doctors. She then returned to her hometown of Denver, where she founded Cherry Hills Dermatology. Dr. Dawson has grown the practice to be the leader in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in the Denver metro area. In 2023 and 2024 she was again recognized by her physician peers when she was named Top Doctor by 5280 magazine. She lives nearby with her husband and three children.
