Dr. Mariah Brown, MD, FAAD, FACMS is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon based in Denver.

Dr. Mariah Brown is a Stanford- and Yale-trained Board-Certified Dermatologist and Board-Certified Micrographic and Dermatologic Surgeon who provides cutting edge surgical care combined with a compassionate and warm bedside manner. Dr. Brown is internationally recognized as an expert in the management of skin cancer, particularly in advanced surgical techniques to restore function and cosmesis after skin cancer removal.   

Dr. Brown grew up in the Chicagoland area and completed her undergraduate degree at Stanford University, where she graduated with honors.  She then attended Yale University for medical school, graduating cum laude.  Dr. Brown completed her Residency in Dermatology and Fellowship in Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery at the University of Colorado.  

Dr. Brown was a Full Professor of Dermatology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she led the Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship Program and trained over 15 fellows. Dr. Brown has a national and international reputation as an expert in Mohs surgery and surgical reconstruction. She has completed over 10,000 Mohs surgeries in her career, has given over 100 presentations at national meetings, has published over 75 peer-reviewed articles, and and has directed multiple national courses on Mohs and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Brown has served on the Board of Directors of the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Brown also has national expertise in nail surgery, scar revision, and pediatric dermatologic surgery. In 2024, she was recognized as a 5280 Top Doctor.

Outside of work, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and is an avid skier.
